Have you read the post about canonical links today? Please add the code to your theme's functions.php to have your gallery better indexed at Google and Bing. Mind, the canonical code is not included in the core of Lazyest Gallery because of possible conflicts with SEO plugins.
If you use these canonical links, you have to update to Lazyest Gallery ~~1.0.42~~ 1.0.43. This version includes paged galleries in the titles.

Title Bug

Lazyest Gallery did not display the browser title correctly. Separators got mixed up and spaces were omitted. This was corrected in version 1.0.8.
Vesion 1.0.9 offers a workaround for a PHP4 bug, and version 1.0.10 fixes a bug for comment redirection for comments on images
