In some cases, the URI to the gallery is not displayed correctly in the bread crumb trail after “Now Viewing”. I just hadn’t anticipated all permalink variations.
The error should be fixed in version 0.11.1.10

Version 0.12.0-beta-1 is now available for download at wordpress.org
You can download and test this version, but please be aware that Lazyest Gallery 0.12.0 beta should not be used on a live blog. Also I am still adding features and some features could be left out in the final build.
