Was wondering if there's a simple plugin out there that does this. Wanted to have the ability to have website visitors add pictures to a specific album. A simple form that would upload the pictures to a specified pre-set folder, some thing that would have the ability to also input captions, if possible.

Thanks for the answer. I thought it might have been it but as you say it probably isn't.

The thing is nothing in my installation changed, only the template and I deactivated and activated all my plugins one by one and it turns out to be the gallery that makes the template stop working, or rather the moving panel on the front-end.

I know the incompatibility it's really not your problem but since I am really clueless and not a programmer of any sorts, could you have a look at it ? I would appreciate it so much. Maybe you see at once what the problem is.

My site is at http://blog.benbrowderonline.net The gallery is currently deactivated so you only see the code of the template/site and it's plugins.

I really love your gallery to bits.
