The Edit Structure screen allows you to arrange the top-level folders structure, add new folders and set editor, author and viewer levels.

Gallery Structure

This table holds all root-folders with properties. Each with a tree of sub-folders, if any exist.
If you have selected to sort your folders manually, a gray dragging handle will be displayed on the left of each row. By clicking and holding this area, you can drag your folders up and down in the table. Dragging sub-folders up and down in the hierarchy is not possible. You have to arrange them in their parent folder screen. You can also click on the headers  'Name',  'Caption', or 'Date' to sort the folders accordingly. If you have selected to sort your folders automatically, neither of these drag of header functions are available.

The colored folder icons show the visibility for the folders.
