Lazyest Gallery → Folder
In this screen is were you will spend most of the time working with Lazyest Gallery. It allows you to set the caption and description for your folder; upload, arrange and sort your images; create and arrange sub folders, and set user rights and viewer levels.
The lay out is based on the WordPress Page/Post screen.
Caption
Enter a caption for your folder here. The display of this caption depends on the Caption and Description settings. You may use HTML in your caption. Allowed tags are: <a href=".." title=".." rel=".."></a> <br /> <em> <strong> <ul> <li>
Permalink
The direct permalink to this folder. Mind, the permalink uses the directory name. It does not change when you enter a caption.
View this Folder
Click this button to view this folder in your browser.
Upload Image(s) icon 
The Image uploader copies functionality from the WordPress media uploader. A popup screen will appear to upload your images. You can choose between the HTML and the Flash uploader. Once all selected images have been uploaded, the screen will refresh to show the images in the folder.
Description
Enter here a description for your folder. The display of this description depends on the Caption and Description settings. You may use HTML in your description. Allowed tags are: <a href=".." title=".." rel=".."></a> <br /> <em> <strong> <ul> <li>
Images Table
This table shows all images in your folder. If Lazyest Gallery can write to your Gallery directory, You can sort the images and edit captions and descriptions. If you have selected to sort your images manually, a gray dragging handle will be displayed on the left of each row. By clicking and holding this area, you can drag your images up and down in the table. Also by clicking on the headers, you can sort by file name, caption, or by date.
This table comes in two different views. A List View and an Edit View click on the buttons on the top-right hand of the table to change between views. ![]()

- Delete Permanently: Undo is not possible
- View: As in the Image column, the slide view page displays.
- To Top ↑: Move the image to the top of the list
- To Bottom ↓: Move the image to the bottom of the list
- Move To: Move the image to another folder. Control-Click or Right-Click on this item to select a folder. The caption, description and all comments will be moved also.
- Copy To: Copy the image to another folder. Control-Click or Right-Click on this item to select a folder. The caption, description and all comments will be copied also. Comments will be displayed in both folders. After copying you can edit the caption and description separately.

Folder Box
This box groups some important functions.
- Another View Folder button
- The path to the folder in the Gallery. This allows you to navigate levels up.
- Checkboxes to select the Folder's visibility
The colored folder icons show the visibility for the folders.
= Visible to all viewers
= Not Visible
= Private, only visible to the folder editor. - The Update Folder button and Delete folder link are displayed only if Lazyest Gallery can write to your Gallery directory, Clicking the Update Folder button will store all your edits on the Folder and Images.
After Clicking on the Delete link, and after your confirmation, the current folder and all sub-folders will be permanently deleted. Be very careful with this function. You cannot undo a deleted folder.
Users box
If you want to have specific Editors and Authors for your Folder, you can add them in these boxes. Blog Administrators are Editor by default. You cannot revoke these rights.
Viewers box
Select the minimum role/level viewers must have to access your folder.
