Hello, my client has attempted to install Lazyest Gallery into his WordPress blog. Unfortunatly after running the install he is now getting:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_users() in /home/bluedpe/public_html/wp-content/plugins/lazyest-gallery/inc/functions.php on line 317
We can now no longer access the wp-admin to attempt removal of the plug-in. Also, my client did not backup his WordPress install or MySQL database before attempting installation.
I suspect that he has not updated the WordPress install for sometime and is using an older version that’s not compatible with the latest plug-in.
Is there an easy way to disable the plug-in from the MySQL database?

Delete the lazyest-gallery directory from wp-content/plugins/ by ftp.
What WordPress version is your client using?

I’m not sure what that is. I don’t really know anything about computers and don’t even know how I managed to do this? Please tell me there’s a way to fix it!

There is a way to fix it.
Did you get ftp access or any other access to upload files to your website?
Your host should be able to help you in this.
I have sent you a mail.

I called Go Daddy and they walked me through it. It’s back up.
Thanks for your help!

All: Please be aware that Lazyest Gallery needs at least WordPress version 3.2. It will not run on older versions.
