Lazyest Xmas

A Merry Christmas to all Lazyest Gallery users. Or, if you don’t believe in Christmas, I wish you all the best anyhow.
Lazyest Gallery 0.15.3 is now available for download. This release contains three bugfixes

  • Hidden folders got counted in the folder thumbnail display, disrupting the display and the pagination.
  • The link to ‘View Gallery’  in Lazyest Gallery Settings was broken, it showed the Admin dashboard
  • Editing the comments for the Gallery root resulted in a “function not found” error.

Meanwhile I will continue to develop version 0.16.0.  I have almost completely rewritten Lazyest Gallery into classes.
Main feature for version 0.16.0 will be pretty permalinks for the gallery.

I have the same problem: Slideshow stopped working with the latest laziest gallery, and displays all images in a folder all over the page (can’t publish the URL here unfortunately).
I deleted the plugin and reinstalled in FTP – no change.
(The http://test.brimosoft.nl/slideshow-school/ page does not show any slideshow in Safari 4 and Firefox 3.6beta, BTW).

    Can you help?

      Hi Philby,
I can’t help you without more information.
The slideshow should work as is (see above)

    Hi, Happy Holidays.
I am having a problem with the slideshow in my post.
The [lg_slideshow folder="foldername"] code to have a slideshow with images from one folder show up in a post or page stopped working properly after I updated the plugin today.

In short, there is no slideshow and all the pictures are displayed all over the page.

Here is my code [lg_slideshow folder="test"]
And here is what it looks like on my webpage – http://zanandrob.com/gallery/test-slide-in-post/

Please take a look at my page, and help me please…

      Hi Zan,
I have looked at your site and something weird has happened. A part of the link to the image has dissappeared in your source code. On my test site http://test.brimosoft.nl/slideshow-school/ , nothing is wrong with slideshows in posts.
      Please retry the update.

Okay, that worked. I uninstalled and then reinstalled directly from the wordpress plugin page. Awesome, thanks.
