The following bugs have been repaired in version 0.12.1.3:
- By enabling the slide show, Lazyest Gallery will cache the slide images on your server. For some users this resulted in an error where the slide could not be written into the slides folder.
- Deleting the slides folder in the admin screen "Edit Lazyest Gallery Folder " could not succeed

8 December 2008@Sunshine.
I see what you mean.
I’ll dive into the source code and search for what could be hsppening.

8 December 2008No it doesn’t help. I have a theory though. There are multiple galleries created under one category, it seems when it goes over a certain number, I believe around 7, it pushes another gallery off the list each time you create another one. I believe this because when I create a new main gallery with no subcategory and then create a subcategory under that new category it adds it to the list of gallery without any being pushed off, but the gallery I have already created that has like more than 7 subcategories created under it, any additional subcategories added to it gets pushed off the list.
Example:
MainGallery/
MainGallery/SubCategory/
MainGallery/SubCategory/
MainGallery/SubCategory/
MainGallery/SubCategory/
MainGallery/SubCategory/
MainGallery/SubCategory/Subcategory
MainGallery/SubCategory/Subcategory
MainGallery2/
MainGallery2/New SubCategory/
If I create a new MainGallery/SubCategory/ or MainGallery/SubCategory/SubCategory/ one will be pushed off the list.
But if I create a new MainGallery2/SubCategory/ then it adds to the list with no gallery being pushed off.

7 December 2008@Sunshine, clearing your brower’s cache does not help?

7 December 2008For some reason when creating some subfolders for instance Gardens > Flowers > Lilies (The folder Lilies doesn’t show in the admin but it is there when you look in FTP.) You can even type the URL for the folder and it shows in Lazyest Gallery (For example: /admin.php?page=lazyest-gallery/lazyest-filemanager.php&captions=Gardens%2FFlowers%2FLilies%2F) but it’s not showing as created in the admin. It doesn’t do it for every subfolder, but for some subfolders.

6 December 2008Marcel, Everything seems to be working well in this latest update. Thanks for your quick response to the problems. Your efforts are really turning out a fine program. Just wanted you to hear something good instead of complaints.
