Lazyest Gallery 0.10.4.1 – Lightbox support
Another update, soon after 0.10.4
The implementation of lightbox support has been tweaked. Because some lightbox plugins insert their own code into image links, slides were diplayed incorrectly or not at all.
Lightbox support now works as follows:
- Enable Lightbox Support and/or Force Lightbox Support checked but nothing else -> normal behavior for slides and thumbs
- Use lightbox for thumbs checked -> lightbox will show full size pictures after a thumbnail is clicked, even when Use lightbox for slides is also checked
- Use lightbox for slides checked -> lightbox will show full size picture after a slide is clicked (as in example)
- Lightbox will show full size images in sidebar and posts too
"normal" links to slides and full pictures will have rel="lazyest" to prevent the plugin to insert rel="lightbox"

23 June 2008Now it worked. I had to check all the options for the LB. Just the slides and posts was not enough.
Thanks again! I am a happy person now

23 June 2008Oops! I can seem to get lightbox to work on my album. I Forced LB support enabled LB and checked the slides and posts. Still nothing happens whenever I click an image.
I saved the admin page and did several reloads of my album (CTRL+F5).
FYI: My cursor does not change into the hand but stayes a pointer whenever I want to click an image in my Slide view!? Check yourself at: http://plok.it/wordpress/fotoalbum-plok/
What else can I do?

23 June 2008@Steven,
Have you tried http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/jquery-lightbox-balupton-edition/

23 June 2008What is a good lightbox plugin that works with my Bloxpress AJAX theme? For instance, the Lightbox2 plugin mocks up my drag&drop feature. I think because of the javascript..?
Now I use the Thumbnail Viewer instead but this one adds rel=”thumbnail” and that is why I can not use the lightbox that comes with LG.
Anyone some ideas/tips for me?

21 May 2008You could try to allocate more memory to LG. 16MB is not enough in this case.
In the Lazyest Gallery settings you can change this at Buffer size for image processing

Any suggestions? it happens only in few photos. most of them work properly.
